Low-cost microscope thermography

Affordable microscope thermography has finally arrived!

Microscopic thermography is generally more expensive than regular thermography, making it a high barrier to entry. Microscopic thermography has a unique level of measurement difficulty, and the specifications required for the hardware tend to be high due to the need to measure under low light conditions and various thermal drifts. The low-cost microscopic thermography Thermal View X MCR series mitigates measurement issues through software compensation, thereby keeping hardware costs down. While the measurement accuracy as hardware is reduced, the thermal distribution is comparable to other non-cooled high-end products, and by allowing users to adjust measurements, significant cost reductions have been achieved.

Thermal View X MCR Series

Easily and intuitively use complex functions with a GUI! Measure things that cannot be measured with a thermocouple.

The "Thermal View X MCR Series" is a microscope thermography useful for developers involved in advanced semiconductors, carbon neutrality, and green energy. Developers who want to measure thermal losses to create energy-efficient devices can use it for temperature measurements up to 400°C at the micron level (below 1mm). It can be applied to heaters for semiconductors, new materials, light-emitting devices, lasers, infrared, UV irradiators, narrow wiring, RF components, and more. 【Features】 ■ Temperature measurement of small areas with proprietary calibration ■ Visualization of minute temperature changes and abnormal heat generation in small areas through proprietary signal and image processing ■ Video functionality and statistical methods to assist researchers and inspectors in their analysis ■ Complex functions can be easily and intuitively used through a GUI *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Ultracompact microscope thermography

Ultra-compact microscope thermography of the smallest class.

This is a thermal imaging device for non-contact temperature measurement of areas at the micron level and objects at the millimeter level. Temperature measurement of sizes below 1mm cannot achieve accurate results simply by magnification. Without proper calibration and correction techniques, no matter how many pixels are used, the temperature will only be underestimated. The Thermal View X MCR series is a microscope thermal imager equipped with uniquely developed calibration and correction technology, enabling temperature measurement at the micron level. It is the smallest design in the history of the Thermal View X MCR series, featuring an ultra-compact design as a microscope thermal imager with a width of 5mm and a height of 52.5mm. The body length is also kept under 100mm. This allows for installation within equipment and arrangements alongside other devices that were previously difficult, while enabling temperature measurement with a resolution of 28.4μm.
